A Loving Reminder

This is a reminder to let you know that you are loved. In recent times we are confronted with the news that someone we know or know of has died by suicide. Although a difficult topic to discuss, it is a very important one to understand especially when you or your loved ones have suffered from trauma and mental illness. The more society can better educate itself about the importance of mental health, the more it can learn to handle them better and provide resources for those who need them. When we can confront our issues head on, we can learn to suppress the feelings of hopelessness.

Take good care of your mental health. Build your own value. Make your life whatever it was meant to be. We, as humans, have the great gift of being able to make meaning of our lives while we are here on this earth. Let us make the most of this opportunity. And as you do so, remember that even though it is great to feel the validation of others, what is most important is that you validate and love yourself over everyone else's opinions.
